These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital products and services (the "Products") from Inlytics through our website. Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have the authority to enter into a contract.
In these Terms, "we", "us" or "Inlytics" refers to the company providing the Products, and "you" or "Customer" refers to the purchaser. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will apply to orders placed after the change is posted.
All orders must be placed through the Inlytics website and are subject to our acceptance. When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the specified Products. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email or other notice; at that point a contract will come into existence.
If we cannot accept your order (for example, due to product availability or a pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.
Payment for all Products is made via the Inlytics website at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods as displayed on the website. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
All prices for Products are as quoted on the website and include any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment must be successfully received before the Products are made available or delivered.
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and any other methods offered on our checkout page.
Prices are current at the time of ordering. In rare cases of obvious pricing errors, we may cancel or correct the order before fulfilment.
Upon payment authorization, you will receive an order confirmation (invoice) to your email. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel your order.
You may cancel your purchase at any time before the course or service start date and receive a full refund. To cancel, you must notify us in writing (for example, by email to our support address info@inlytics.io) before the scheduled start of the Product. Cancellations received on or after the start date are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
If you cancel before the start date, we will issue a full refund. No refund is given for cancellations on or after the start date.
In the unlikely event that Inlytics must cancel or reschedule a course or service (for example due to low enrollment or force majeure), we will notify you and either issue a full refund or provide the option to transfer to a future session or equivalent Product.
All refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used. We do not charge fees for refunds.
Upon purchasing a digital product (e.g. online course, recorded training module, or other downloadable content), Inlytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your personal or internal corporate training purposes. Unless otherwise specified, digital Products include lifetime access, meaning you will be able to access the content indefinitely (subject to platform availability).
You may need to create a user account to access online course platforms or download materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any usernames/passwords and for any activity under your account.
Access is intended only for the registered user or the organization that made the purchase. You must not share your access credentials with others, resell access to third parties, or distribute the content beyond your organization.
Inlytics may update or improve the digital Products (for example, adding new modules or fixing errors). We will notify you of major updates. If Inlytics elects to discontinue a Product, we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, provide access to the content in an alternate form (e.g. download).
All intellectual property rights in the Products (including course materials, videos, documents, software, and other content) are owned by Inlytics or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the licensed content for your own learning or corporate training purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the content, except as expressly permitted by Inlytics.
All content is protected by copyright, design rights, and other IP laws. The Inlytics name and logos are our trademarks. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any Intellectual Property to you.
You may make personal and internal copies of materials for the purpose of accessing the course (e.g. downloading slides or code examples for your own study). Beyond that, no further use (such as sharing on other websites or with unauthorized users) is allowed.
You must not use the Products for commercial purposes (such as reselling the content), nor allow any third party to access your course or materials. Any unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited and may lead to termination of your license.
Inlytics provides the Products on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from use of the Products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Inlytics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the Products. Inlytics' maximum liability for any claim related to a Product or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that Product or service.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury resulting from our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for using reasonable care in connection with any instructions or software we provide, and Inlytics is not liable for damages caused by your misuse of the Products.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or goodwill.
Our liability for any claim related to our Products is capped at the fees paid for that Product.
We remain fully liable for any injury, death, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Inlytics collects only the data necessary to process your order and provide our services (such as name, email, billing address, and payment details). We use this information to communicate order confirmations, receipts, and deliver the Products you purchased.
Your personal data will be used to fulfill our contract with you -- for example, sending order confirmation emails and providing access credentials.
We may share data with trusted third parties who assist with order processing (payment processors, hosting providers, etc.). These parties are obligated to protect your data and use it only for fulfilling our contract.
We comply with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or rent your personal data. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please see our full Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions or complaints about your order, please contact Inlytics customer support so that we can work to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
